Anzette holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting and currently serves as a State Auditor and Corporate Hospital Reimbursement Analyst, where she ensures financial accuracy, compliance, and efficiency within complex healthcare systems. She is also the owner of Evolve Tax Service, a firm dedicated to empowering individuals and small businesses through expert tax preparation, bookkeeping, and financial education.
With over two decades of experience in accounting, leadership, and community engagement, she has established herself as a trusted professional known for her integrity, precision, and strategic insight.
Beyond her professional achievements, Anzette is passionate about empowering others through education, financial literacy, and mentorship. She has led workshops, trained emerging tax professionals, and guided entrepreneurs in building sustainable, compliant businesses. Her commitment to service extends beyond numbers — she views financial empowerment as a tool for freedom, stability, and generational growth.
As both a leader and a mother, she blends compassion with accountability, always striving to leave a legacy that uplifts her family, her community, and every woman connected to the Zeta Chi Alpha mission.

ShaNisha Burns is a powerhouse professional, entrepreneur, and visionary leader who proudly serves as a Co-Founder of Zeta Chi Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. She holds a degree in Business Administration and Paralegal Studies and brings nearly 13 years of experience as a Corporate Compliance and Risk Manager within the nonprofit sector—where she specializes in integrity, structure, and organizational excellence.
Outside of her corporate career, ShaNisha is the owner of Southern Love Journals, a successful brand she has operated for over five years, dedicated to inspiring women through creativity, organization, and empowerment.
A devoted wife and mother, ShaNisha embodies balance, purpose, and power in everything she does. As a Co-Founder of Zeta Chi Alpha, she continues to build a legacy rooted in sisterhood, service, and scholarship, shaping a sorority culture where women are encouraged to lead boldly, live authentically, and uplift one another through every season of life.
